What information do you need for a first consultation?
Name + corporate email + company + brief description (2–3 lines). We don't ask for budget or sensitive data in the first conversation.
Can I speak directly with Pamela or Agustín?
Yes, for strategic inquiries. Operational matters are routed to a senior consultant in the area.
Do you schedule meetings in the time zone of clients outside Mexico?
Yes. We operate with a 9am–6pm Mexico overlap (ART-MEX -3h, COL-MEX -1h, Spain+MEX +7h).
Do you sign NDAs before the first conversation?
For confidential projects (M&A, C-Level restructuring), yes. For initial discovery it's not necessary.
